Positves: Mattress was great. And I appreciate there was a room available. Negatives: Having to ask for towels and a hairdryer is demeaning and not my style. It is obvious they NEVER wipe off light switches, door handles, faucet handles, telephone, or TV remote. It took 6 handi wipes to clean these things. And the wipes were black after use. Also saw a silverfish bug on day of checkout.

Great location and amazing staff! Easy walk or bike ride to downtown and Old Town. Right next to Starbucks, always a plus! The room was clean, the staff was excellent.

Only thing lacking is was TV , none of the best, I don't like traveling alone much, but finding such a great place, friendly and warm.i felt comfortable right off. I loved my little kitchen and the room was very comfortable.

The lady that checked us in was extremely rude!!! No personality and I felt as if we were interrupting whatever she was doing before we arrived. There was trash in the closet.
