The worst hotel experience ever I was waiting 1 hours before I could go to my room. It was 12:30 am! The woman couldn't check me in , she didn't know how to do it. She didn't even know how to deal with the computer. After all I got my room key- didn't work! The second key - didn't work and the 3 didn't work neither! She let me in with her key ! Hotel two full beds not available upon arrival We arrived later wanting to change clothes and head to the ballgame. The hotel did not have a room with 2 full beds available which we had a confirmation number for. We decided to take 1 queen size with a recliner because we needed to get ready and leave. When we came back the TV was very fuzzy and did not work. The lady at the front desk tried to be accomodating and find a room for us, but only if we split up. We did not want to do that. Toxic experience Filthy. Toilet not usable. Fridge disgusting

Checking Delayed by 5 Hours!!! Awful service, could not check in until 7:45 PM because the hotel was overbooked and there were no clean rooms available. Hotel wasn't very clean...I could go on

Never again I did not stay after 2 attempts of getting a clean room. First room the windows were open and the room and bathroom was not clean. Phone did not work so I had to use cell phone to call for another room which took over 20 mins or more. 2nd room had a horrible odor. I requested a refund in which I got 20 bucks short and had to contact customer service for my full refund. The outside looked nice but inside is questionable. Staff was friendly.

Disappointing, Dirty, and Unprofessional There were many issues with this hotel. We are pretty flexible and casual but from the beginning it seemed like it would be chaos. One woman was working the front desk and doing many other tasks as well. When she assigned us a room, we went in and it appeared occupied or at least dirty from the prior guests. Stay near by Pittsburgh Hotel very dirty. Carpet very dirty. Housekeepers are not even cleaning under beds. Not really hotel for family, not even pool available. The only positive point is hotel close to highway access.
