Expedia overcharged us for the quality of the hotel and its cleanliness

Room was dirty, bedding was dingy with blood stains on it, had to ask for a new one, Wash cloths were stained. Hair strains were left throughout the room. Refrigerator was dirty on the exterior.

Not a good hotel - broken shower/fake breakfast The shower was broken in our room, they gave some type of Wrenches to control, and the waster pressure was very low, I have to help the whole family operate it. And I booked this hotel for the breakfast, but there is no breakfast, no milk, bread or egg - only black coffee and muffin. - I will not recommend, keep it as the last option.

Just the bare minimum... We were disappointed with our stay overall. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room, however, was a disappointment. There was a kitchenette, but it was empty. There was not even flatware or a coffee maker without a request. When we got a coffee maker, we had to go out and buy coffee and filters for it! Even the most basic of hotels provide coffee and a maker. There also is no ice maker, just one lonely ice cube tray in the freezer. Room Cleanliness is poor From the entry to exit the experience is not good, I stayed in this same hotel few years ago, but now my opinion about this hotel has been changed. Bed sheets are not clean, spotted blood stains, bad smell in the room, not clean. The hotel corridor is dirty and coffee stains on the floor, no warning for raised matted floor, potential for flip. I will not be staying this hotel again and not recommending to others.

There not look like nice place because bad roads! I feeling unhappy at there because when I entered lobby and elevator been hot without A/C cooling duh! When I use key cards to open door that it wasn't work to open it oh sadly! I looked for Ice Cubes machine but there don't have it wow!

This hotel is under major renovation at this time. While we were there the owners kids were running around upstairs and were so noisy we couldn’t sleep. There was No soap or shampoo in the room. We had to go to the lobby to request them. The soap shelf is missing in the shower. The toilet sticks and keeps running all night. The hallway is a construction zone.
