My room reservation was changed in last minute From 2 beds to one bed room Very irresponsible staff Nobody said sorry about that till this minute Breakfast is a lie ,nothing to eat just some cheap bars and very bad quality coffee

Property did not appear clean and had a persistent strange smell throughout. Fridge in our room made a loud knocking sound all night. My husband woke up with multiple insect bites, appear to be spider bites. The "breakfast" included is a basket of Nature Valley granola bars. Avoid at all costs!

They tried to change my reservation to single bed rooms after I had booked and confirmed one month in advance - that too on the day off - an hour before check in...after I had confirmed that morning that all was in place. Dirty rooms, garbage and cleaning carts in the hallways. No amenities in the room.. no utensils, plates, cups- had to go to front desk and get them- and they were dirty. Breakfast was “grab and go”. Reservations don’t mean squat We had reservations for months at extended stay Monroeville. 8 minutes before check in they called and said they didn’t have a room for us despite our reservation. They stated that someone decided to extend their stay and they don’t turn guest away..... except guests with reservations apparently. They moved us 30 minutes away to new Mifflin and assured me that I would have a room when I got there.
