We didn't like this property at all. It's more like an apartment building then a hotel. It stunk of weed as soon as you work in. Not a place for kids. We recieved an email that they were overbooked and we needed to be relocated. Thank god for that.

Cleaning lady needs fired The room was dirty. The floor was sticky. When I pulled the blankets back the sheets had hair in them. I called down and they gave my clean sheets. The mattress pad had hair and crumbs all over it. If I didn’t just take a shower I would have left. They gave me 20% off. Never again. It was gross.

Less than expected The room was clean. There was only one roll of toilet paper. The bed was not comfortable. The front desk was polite. The other employees we saw were not friendly. Breakfast was prepackaged muffins, granola bars and coffee. We only had three pillows. The air conditioner did get the room very cold. That was the most positive thing I have to say.

Room was dirty, it was a non-smoking room and smelled of smoke, the bathroom sink was completely clogged and unusable. For an extended stay with a kitchen you would expect some utensils, plates, and something to cook in, but there was nothing in the room. We asked if they had an ice machine and was told we have ice trays in the fridge in our room, there was only one in the freezer.

There was no staff at the front desk when we arrived around 4:30pm. There were 3 people waiting in the lobby to check-in, all were growing in frustration. When the staff member arrived (about 15 minutes later), he did not apologize nor attempt to describe why he was late.

Payed for the "superior king room" with upgraded linens and nicer room, but showed up and was told, "those arent clean, so you will get a double bed room." 2 full size beds, no refund for the difference. The room was filthy. Stains all over the carpet, ceiling, phone, kitchen appliances, everything. Smelled like smoke. The tub had a crack in it. There was nothing positive about this place. Shower is not working ... when I asked them .. extra rooms are not available will switch in the morni morning.. great answer it was rough
