Older room with very soft bed and dirty duvet. Side lamps did not work.

We reached there at night. The room condition is not really good. We booked non smoking room, the room smells badly with cigarette smoke. So, we left earlier on the next day. Outside the room and surrounding was really good.

The shower head was broken, the fridge was dirty, and the stove top was dirty as well.

First put in a room with no toilet--it was under construction. Then into a "no smoking" room that smelled of cigarette smoke and in which the smoke detector had been pulled out of the ceiling. The staff were great in moving us into a nice room on the third try. So "fail" for the rooms but "pass" for the overall assistance.

Stay someplace else !! Rude customer service resulted in another hotel getting my business. Its a shame this place hires people that have no business in dealing with the public.

No one at the desk for 5 minutes to check in. Only 1 small pillow on the bed. Asked for another, it was microscopic. No cups in the room. No coffee maker in the room. No conditioner. Stank of old cigarette smoke. Filthy stairway. Broken parking lot. Continental breakfast was a joke. No internet unless you call for wifi assistance and hold for 10 minutes. No one at checkout for 5 minutes. No plug for the tub.
