Room lacked dishes, silverware, and glasses. Dish detergence was also not available. Food was not removed from refrigerator. Overall experience was less than desirable.
Not clean and smelly inside the room, breakfast was not good

Booked on Expedia, and due to an issue with their website we were given confirmation for a room when the hotel had no available rooms. Rather than help us, the woman at the front desk acted like we were interrupting her and treated us very rudely. This is the second time I've had a bad experience with Extended Stay America and I won't be going back.
The hotel room smelled, lobby was dirty, staff was slow at check in.

Older room with very soft bed and dirty duvet. Side lamps did not work.

We reached there at night. The room condition is not really good. We booked non smoking room, the room smells badly with cigarette smoke. So, we left earlier on the next day. Outside the room and surrounding was really good.

The shower head was broken, the fridge was dirty, and the stove top was dirty as well.

First put in a room with no toilet--it was under construction. Then into a "no smoking" room that smelled of cigarette smoke and in which the smoke detector had been pulled out of the ceiling. The staff were great in moving us into a nice room on the third try. So "fail" for the rooms but "pass" for the overall assistance.
