Reservations don’t mean squat We had reservations for months at extended stay Monroeville. 8 minutes before check in they called and said they didn’t have a room for us despite our reservation. They stated that someone decided to extend their stay and they don’t turn guest away..... except guests with reservations apparently. They moved us 30 minutes away to new Mifflin and assured me that I would have a room when I got there. Bed bugs in the room.my wife has got all the itch marks due to bed bugs. Cannot sleep in my stay. Freezer odd sounds in the night. Very poor for what I paid

Needs work n bring ur shampoo, conditioner, n oils The room was better then last yr! But still no shampoo or conditioner. N the elevator started acting up! During the end of our stay!

They must have gotten those beds and pillows from a prison sale. We checked in for a 5 night stay and checked out after the first night. The place still smells like smoke and dogs.
