Bed bugs in the room.my wife has got all the itch marks due to bed bugs. Cannot sleep in my stay. Freezer odd sounds in the night. Very poor for what I paid

Ms vivian was very helpful and wonderful!!!! Next morning we were treated horribly when we requested to change from a handicap room to a regular room DANIELLE was very rude and condescending had a very bad attitude

Needs work n bring ur shampoo, conditioner, n oils The room was better then last yr! But still no shampoo or conditioner. N the elevator started acting up! During the end of our stay!

They must have gotten those beds and pillows from a prison sale. We checked in for a 5 night stay and checked out after the first night. The place still smells like smoke and dogs.

we found BED BUGS!! It was horrible wven though we did recieve a refund, the experience of that was just creepy and we are still feeling itchy and disgusting.

House keeping wasnt done. Nasty smell as soon as we entered the room. Was totally disappointed and wasted money for a really bad service. Will never go back to this hotel.
