Only thing i liked was location. Never anyone at front desk. Overall very drab. Kitchen was empty and pot when requested the finish was all worn off.

This property was not clean at all. The hallways were dirty and not vacuumed. The elevator was dirty. We 2 rooms and had to check at least 4 rooms because of the fly bugs and uncleanness of the rooms. I have stayed at this property since 2015 when we visit my wife family. We will not be staying here anymore.
This is a place for people who need an emergency place to stay. This is not for a business person. Not a high end facility.

Dirty, smells like weed and mold and no hot water.

The property is pretty old. Room as well is bad with dirty carpet, broken kitchen cabinet and noisy ac. There is a lot of noise from corridor and all the night it felt like someone trying to bang on ur door and trying open the door. Reception staff are helpful and attended our issues. But washing the linen within office, shabby lift and premises is not great.

smelly and stained mattress. paid a lot more for a night than usual for this hotel and did not even get bread/jam/cheese for breakfast. it was just packaged cereal, and protein bars. I realized I paid for a 3-star hotel price and got a motel-like experience. The micro oven in the room was burnt from the inside, smelling like cigarettes. we could not even heat milk in it. Overall, a very very very bad experience staying here. Will never come back to this place and will never consider Extended Stay America
