Not a good experience When I checked in and got to the room it was a double bed. I booked a king. My Husband is 6 feet 3 inches and I need a king size. Went back downstairs and they found us a king sized bed on the first floor. TV is so small. Remote didn't work. Went to desk and batteries changed and still didn't work. At 5am the next day we awoken to a screeching fire alarm. The front desk had no idea what to do. After 15 min it turned off. We had no idea what triggered it. NEVER AGAIN Third floor room, with a kitchen, we had to ask for a coffee pot and all items needed for kitchen, then we had to go get them as they were never delivered as promised. Second - the fitted sheets would not stay on the mattress, nor was there a mattress cover on the mattress. The mattress was worn and uncomfortable and I did not sleep because of the yelling going on in the parking lot right outside the front lobby doors, which floated up to the 3rd floor window, where we had thought it would be nice to get fresh ai... read more

First I was placed in a queen bed room when I paid for a king, then inconvenienced with 5am evacuation with fire alarms going off for a supposed "new employee creating smoke with the dryers." I was told I can call Hotels.com to get compensated for the room placement and Extended Stay America Pleasant Hill didn't cooperate, which is extremely unacceptable on top of our inconvenienced morning. Thank you to Hotels.com for providing me with excellent customer service regarding this situation.

Hotel was dirty and noisy. I couldn't sleep all night long. Hotel promised a refund but had to go through my bank. I would not recommend this hotel.

Worst Hotel I ever stayed in Advertising coffee and breakfast in morning and this is not true. Hotel smelled like urine. Noisy all night. Homeless sleeping on lawn in front of hotel at night.

Dirty false advertising When I asked about the grab and go breakfast they said they haven't offered that in a year. I found cigs and trash under the furniture damaged pictures my son could of cut his hand on lights ready to fall out of the wall kitchen wasn't clean had to clean it myself a lot of traffic and loud in the hallways

Really Filthy Totally gross. I arrived to smoke filled hallways and a pile of dirty dishes, pots, and pans outside my door. My room was non smoking, but there was a Chinese food bag tied around the smoke detector and burn holes and other gross things on my comforter. The room smelled and was pretty unnerving. There was a used soap on the ledge above the shower. I arrived too late to change hotels and had to get up super early in the morning. I slept fully clothed and put a scarf on my pillow.
