Stinks like smoke Felt very dirty, stinks like smoke, seemed to have illegal activity there, but couldn't prove it..... not very clean, not a good experience

Horrible Front desk staff rude of no help and could care less. Linen dirty , room run down , no amenities xcept towel that were dirty. Breakfast was a joke push pump coffeee and bagged muffins. Would have left but nothing as available will never stay again. They wrote back saying wanted to help please contact front desk. Those were already rudest staff. Just st trying to make it look good because if my review. Bestwestern same cost but quality is 100% better

Yuck! Filthiest hotel ever. So bad, we left and drove 30 miles to another hotel. It smelled like smoke, vomit & cheap air freshener spray all mixed together into a toxic potpourri. Will never stay at Extended Stay again.

No shower for Dads funeral No one said we needed to order cups and other amenities, like hair dryers. We arrived at 3:50 pm for check in, which should be at 3pm. We had issues we were told come back in an hour. So I had no place to shower and change for my Dad's funeral! No one cared. When we returned at 10pm the clerk seemed annoyed by us bothering him. DONT STAY HERE Filthy, stunk of cigarette smoke, was scared to touch any surface. Will never stay at an extended stay again it was so upsetting. Hotel was beat up, dirt on all floors, sofa spilled in main hallway, door partly broken, sink was damaged, no dishes, no coffee maker, my feet got black the moment I stepped out of the shower, metal towel holder was bent from what looked like a violent gesture. Horrifying place.

Definitely overpriced. Run down. Dingy. Room was not clean. Receptionist was friendly. Other staff I encountered were obviously not happy. I would NEVER stay there again.
