Don't book unless you have time to wait for a room Booked at this location on a spontaneous road trip.. worst decision ever... after booking at 10:30pm that's the point of the site right? Yea no once I arrived I was notified they were out of rooms.. you mean the room I had booked and paid for already.. yes that one no longer available.. the front desk clerk attempted to find other options,vacant rooms something.. after all it was 3 am... however the manger Morgan offered a resolution o wait no she didn't... after a few calls... read more

If you don't like the smell of smoke, stay away You could smell smoke in the hallways including our "non smoking room". They didn't have extra toilet paper on our room so when we ran out, we called desk service expecting them to bring some. They said we had to go to the front desk to get it. The place doesn't feel like its well maintained. Not a good stay.

the room stinks It says that they offer breakfast and when I went there they said they don't offer breakfast. The room smells bad.

If I had to pick one word it would be 'dirty.' Recently had to stay with my three children when our roof basically collapsed due to rain. I prepaid and regretted it within a minute of checking in. On the plus side: - Front desk was extremely nice. - Wonderful location. - Enough room for 3 kids and their dad. On the minus side: - I entered through the rear stairwell and was met by a horrific stench. Smelled like something died in there and the hotel never cleaned up the place. Horrible The gal at the front desk was very nice and helpful but the hotel and room was terrible. I had to change 2 rooms before I had a decent room. The first room stinks and dirty, they changed me to the second room. That room was dirty, the bed didn't look like it was clean and toilet had left over stains from previous stay. The AC didn't work on an 85 degree day. Finally, they found a room that was decent.
My stay I reserved a NON-smoking room, got into my room and it was a smoking room. When I called the front desk the person was rude stating "well that's what happens when you book 3rd party, your not guaranteed the room you request, we can't move you." The smoke was horrible, so bad the morning check out person looked at me and asked if I had a rough night sleep as my eyes all red from being irritated from the smoke.
Bad hotel to avoid No house keeping even we requested. Air conditioner and phone are not working. The hotel website shows that they provide breakfast. However, we were told they had discontinued that.
I got worse experience staying at this hotel. The sink was so dirty and I asked front desk to clean but they did not. There was no hair dryer and ask someone to bring it to my room but did not. At night hotel guest was so noisy and woke me up. I want money back
