I don't like the guess service I book the room with time ahead and they give me the worst room .

Unsanitary and Overpriced To start with, booking was not right even though I had a reservation. I got in late and l was tired. When I entered my room, I noticed the floor was not vacuumed, there was obvious dirt in multiple areas. The room smelled. I Walked into the bathroom and toilet was full of poop and toilet paper. It had been there for awhile. I was grossed out and had to check out and not spend the night. My worst experience every at a hotel. I will never stay at an Extended Stay again and neither should you!

Horrible stay. Toilet did not work properly. Towels did not smell clean. Sheets were dirty.

Total dump, poorly operated, paper thin walls! When I checked in there was a notice on the door advising that all water would be turned off the next day between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Since I had just flown in and it was too late to get another hotel I stayed the night. When I got back the the hotel the next day there was a notice advising that all water would be turned off at 7:00AM the next morning. How are customers suppose to shower and use the bathrooms all by 7:00AM. They were doing repairs, fine I get that, but to sche... read more

Bad Hotel Room floor dirty, put into smoking room asked for non smoking, Office staff 1st night unhelpful Hotel looks un kept never again. and way more expensive than a Hotel of that caliber should be.

There were as a half a hot dog in the hallway for the first day. They accept dogs and you could smell urine in the carpets.

Horrible stay always The staff was not accommodating for early check-in despite have three young children with me. Once we were in the room we noticed the drain in the bathroom sink and shower did not drain properly. We tried calling the front but of course the in room phone did not work. I was their for a wedding and called while on my way to the venue. The attendant was again not helpful and did nothing to fix the three problems nor move us to a working room.

Find somewhere else to stay - the $ is worth it Customer service was non-existent. The gentleman that was there when we checked in did his best but was clearly not yet trained to be there on his own. The next day, when I asked for serviceware, I was told that they would get it or the next person would. Four hours later, when I asked about it, what I was told was 'when did you call in? Oh, that was the other person.' No apology, just a 'it wasn't my fault'. So, what else was wrong? Well, how about no coffeemaker in the room.... read more
