New Jack City Hotel, or Fleebag rather the light The worst experience in my life, people hanging out in the hall way, some type of underhanded transactions with the front desk (male) employee, my stay of every bit of 10 minutes, I had to reroute to Pleasanton, CA to get decent accommodations which was 45 minute drive. We were treated with so much disrespect! We were kicked out of our hotel room because my 3 year old was not welcomed because he walked to heavy! Hence the reason why I requested a first floor room and was not ready when I arrived so I was placed on a second floor room. Not my problem! Now they refuse to refund my charges and still have not released my deposit.

Never again! First morning we were rudely awakened at 5am by family in room above us. Second night we walked into our room to find our bathroom floor completely torn up, old flooring sitting on the kitchen counter and molding laying on the floor posing a tripping hazard. There were no other rooms available and we were tired so we stayed. The fire alarm sounded for about 10 seconds in the middle of the night.

Horrid This hotel is absolutely disgusting and I definitely wished I would've read Yelp reviews prior to booking my stay at this location. I found out that the Kitchenette's were not stocked and that you had to tell the front desk which amenities you were going to need. I also found out that they only house keep once every 8 days and had to physically change towel for towel.

DONT STAY !!!! Worst hotel ever DONT STAY HERE !!! What is advertised on their web site is NOT what you get. No breakfast!! One of the reason we booked this hotel No blow dryer in bathroom .. off to a college graduation with wet hair ... No utensils in the kitchen .. sheets were stained , chairs are dirty oh and the best part bed bugs. Woke up with bites all over. Worst hotel stay. So glad we only booked one night

Do NOT stay here. This was by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. The front desk was nice but the hotel is a complete mess. The carpets were terribly disgusting, the walls (every single one of them) were dirty, everything smelled like smoke and this is before even reaching our room. The room itself was terrifying. The faucet ran black water for 30 seconds before going to clear water. We had to pry the fridge open since it was stuck with some sort of sticky filth. Go somewhere else. When I pulled in there were people hanging around in the parking lot. There was a cigarette but sitting on the table in the lobby. The hallways smells of cigarette smoke. If you're thinking about booking this room I definitely would not

Not impressed for 95.00 a night Lack of cleanliness; crumbs and dust behind the chair and lining the walls, bedding was wrinkled, hallways smelled bad, loud dogs next door to our room. no screens on the windows, TV was not clear, bugs in the ceiling lights, two big spiders
