Hotel looks great on the pics but disappointing in person

Reserved property at night showed up no one was there could not check in and was still charged for a full night of stay. Not a 24 hour front desk

Staff are super rude and unaccomodating in every way. The hotel doesnt have shampoo or conditioner, and they charge a 250 deposit, what the hell

BAD EXPERIENCE 😡Never again👎 When I arrived I had to wait for 20 min to talk to someone . It was very noisy coming from the others in the surrounding rooms. Doors opening and closing. I just left the room less than 2hours of checking in. And also I didn’t like the fact that the hotel charged me all that money for a deposit.
