Not safe place the back door of the hotel does not shut close and I told the front desk person. It is not the greatest area and anyone can come in from the back side and try to brake into a room. did not feel safe at all

This was the worst experience ever with Hotels.com I’ve had this hotel and the level of non-existent existent customer service was unheard of I booked this hotel last minute trying to get a Friday night stay only to be told that it was after midnight at audit this and that and to call hotels.com to get a refund and then only then can you do something in his system so as I indicated I would go outside and call he said well I still can’t give you a room so my whole thing is what happened to that room you still have it what do ... read more

The front staff was wonderful. The owner of this hotel needs to look into updates and renovations. It's very rundown and old. There was a lot of late night activity at the hotel. Load and screeching cars in the parking lot until 2Am and guests getting police "check out" like they were on house arrest at the hotel kind of thing. Not a place that we felt safe in, nor will stay again. :(

very disheartening when checking in and the police are in the lobby arresting one of the residents.

No water pressure in shower. Had to run shower for 8 minutes before I got hot water.
