Disappointed in Pleasanton This reservation was for an employee and his feedback was very disappointing. The room was dirty with residue left behind from a previous guest as well as a large spider in the bathroom. UNACCEPTABLE Yes once he complained his room was changed to an acceptable room. Should not have taken 2 chances.

We were planning on staying at this hotel for almost a week but ended up staying only one night. The “after hours” check in process was confusing and stressful- we called ahead and said we were going to be getting to the property

Unfriendly early morning staff. Room missing pillows, broken door handle, when notified staff, it still didn’t get fixed.

We just moved here for work and our house isn’t ready yet we have 2 small kids and everything is at least 200 a night in this area and to our surprise we woke to a kitchen full of roaches so we are currently packing up at 5 am and heading out for 205 a night after taxes this is gross uncomfortable and dirty oh and too mention the elevator didn’t work
