Dirty Sofa Bed This is the second stay in 2 weeks and even after complaining about the 1st stay and the cleanliness of the Sofa Bed in a room that offers a place for 6 people to slip, the Sofa Bed was dirty and one of the people actually got another room it was so bad.... I even went to the hotel 2 days before this stay & told them to make sure it was clean and apparently that didn't happen. It was cold and asked for an extra blanket, they did not have it. The temp control did not work.

Very dirty and not the kind of quality hotel you get for the room rate.

A room for over $200 for location only. Not a cup in the room, breakfast was horrible, was locked out of room not even front desk key worked, caused me to be late to work, wasn’t offered anything to rectify it until I became extremely agitated the following day where the general manager was rude. Was offered a refund which was never given until I called four days later. Motel 6 is better.

Room was very small, dark, and gloomy. The space was too congested and the set up with the couch facing the bed was strange.

Rude staff and management The staff allowed us to use a form of payment for incidentals every day for a week - yet it became unacceptable when trying to extend my stay for another 2 nights. Incidentals we did not even use. They refused to accept cash, and after having been there a week - I was told Id have to move to a different hotel. After I had already paid, and after check-out. Checkin was horrible. Given dirty room. Have no other choices we book for two queen but only available 1 queen bed.
