Disgusting hotel, gave used /unclean rooms twice The hotel is the worst ever I have stayed in. Inwas twice given rooms that were not even cleaned and disgusting. The attitude of the lady at the front desk was even worsr, just sounding grumpy, unapologetic and kept on saying i am the only person here what can i do. Will never stay at this chain again.

Would NEVER stay here again Rude, unhelpful staff. We stayed here specifically because they have a kitchen, only to find out they’d run out of pots and pans (defeating the purpose of choosing that hotel). Both front desk concierges were apathetic and seemed irked to be doing their jobs. The entire hotel also smells like a Chinese restaurant.

Loved that the room had a kitchen which was fairly clean, but the pull out sofa had candy wrappers and.... dirt on it

This property seems old. I ran into some issues with my room when I first checked in. It took them two days to rectify the situation. The card readers work whenever they want to. The elevator needs something done to it. It’s pretty quiet around here though. It’s not a bad place, I guess it was just a bad week for me with this place.

Pleasanton Location So Disappointing I don’t want to be too critical because of the front desk staff, especially Alexa. However, this property is so disappointing: 1) The front door to the lobby doesn’t open for guests even with a key card. Thus, you have to find another entrance after 11 PM as no staff members are present after 11 PM. 2) I stayed at this location on 4/3/2021. No coffee maker or coffee, the bathtub does not plug bathtub has no drain plug to fill the bathtub up!
