Disgusting The service was OK but the room was terrible the hideaway bed with the mattress in it had blood stains all over it the kitchen area was not clean the toilet seat had blood on it the sheets on the bed did not smell fresh or clean they cannot put us in another room because they were booked you can look at the carpet and see a bunch of dust so if I had to rate the role it was a zero I would not come back to stay there ever I was suggest that they need better maid service or teach them how to clean it was terrible Bar... read more

Terrible place to stay, very disrespectful front desk staff , rude to existing occupants , no room services being offered for 2 weeks , you have to chase around getting anything done , very often water breaks down and everything starts smelling like piss , breakfast is just coffee and muffins , in short avoid extended stays here !

Make sure everything works before you rent a room It was just ok! The shower didn’t work! The part where to pull to shower was stuck to the point they had to bring power tools up to get it unstuck 30 minutes after I called to complain in the middle of trying to take a shower in the morning at 8! I told them that my family was sleeping and that was crazy that in order to take a shower I need to call to have someone come and enter my room at an odd time!
If I could give this hotel a -10 I would. When we checked in our room had not been cleaned. When we arrived back at the hotel at 11pm the bed had been made (and hopefully the sheets were changed) hard to tell as the room smelled heavily of smoke and the bedding was thread bare. We went to pull out the sofa bed, the bed was littered with food and would not fully open. I called down to ask that we get a different room and was told they did not have any rooms available. Disappointed First-time Guest Hotel room assigned was not ready to receive guests. We had to change rooms. Hotel staff kept knocking on the door for various reasons but never to clean. As a first time stay, will NEVER go back

Well when I arrived I did not get the room a had reserved. I got a smaller room and it was dirty and now pillows or blankets.
