Terrible unorganized! We book room for 3 the host don’t even have blanket or pillow for the 3 rd person ! She was telling us that still didn’t dry yet so she pull one out very wrinkle from the laudry basket so bad unprofessional we never see anything like this . Then she aak ja that we book 2 night so we confirmed at Expedia only one night and prepaid but the front desk keep feeling they can’t cancel it ! Room not very clean. Too much air freshener used’ fan not working bathroom light not working. Took four requests to have it fixed before it was. Person who checked me in was way too busy to do anything about it and I don’t know if she really cared or not.

The cleaning "fluids" that were being used by the staff while we were waiting to check in was making my daughter ill (she doesn't have any health issues), she was coughing from the smells. They gave me our room key, upon entering the room I found that the current guest was still in there!!!!!!!! Talk about shocking, being able to walk into someone's room with a room key while they still are there. The room they gave us the first time is horrendous, it smelled quite like a cirrus tree and it was supposed to be a non-smoking area, we asked for a change and it was a little better just that the sheets were somewhat dirty, there were hairs on the pillows it didn't seem comfortable! !!

Reserved room was not available. Desk clerk blamed booking sites for overbooking while at the same listed the number of rooms on each floor that had not yet been cleaned, citing corporate bookings. To my bottom line, they're either understaffed or poorly staffed.
