Will not stay there again number of problems with the room: * TV did not work * Shower did not heat up to an acceptable level * telephone did not work - had to go to the front desk to discuss problems * refrigerator had not been cleaned out people at the front desk were helpful and offered to switch me to another room since there was no one around to fix the problems - I chose not to because it was late and I didn't want to pack and unpack.

I did not stay here because Expedia overbooked the rooms. I arrived at about 9 pm at night (but midnight my time) and was told I had to go to the ESA 1.5 miles away in Dublin. I had to spend $15 to get there plus tip. The Dublin ESA is a dump and the "breakfast" is a joke. I never write reviews, but I feel I have to warn people. And, given the price per night, one would expect the quality of the service and the condition of the property and rooms to be much better.

Disturbing The pullout sofa was very disturbing there were old food crumbs and the mattress was stained with blood. The front desk said yeah my manager is aware . I couldn’t believe she didn’t offer to remove it. My young kids were so grossed out they didn’t want to sleep on it. We had a sleepless night and left at 6 am. The front desk young girl can be a little more welcoming. Maybe a custom service class would be helpful. She is vague & never says your welcome after you say thank you. The location is good , quiet.

Five minutes after check-in the power went out. I had to get my disabled son, his wheelchair n all our luggage down 3 flights of stairs. No help or instructions from desk clerk. Luckily I had $$ to go to another hotel.

It was a Horrible experience I will never stay there again good night crew which is so self indulged they really didn’t take time to listen never again!!

We call for late arrival. When we got there they had no rooms and still charged my card The receptionist at the front counter had bad customer service. Not once did she apologized or even offer to help us in any way All she said is “it’s first come first serve.wow.....
