It was not what I expected. The pull out sofa bed mattress had a blood stain. It felt dirty in there. There were no extra sheets and blankets had to go down ask for some. Customer service was great but the room was not.

Gave me a smoking room and I don't smoke. Room was dirty. Hairs in the sink.

The toilet had pee stains all around with pee still in the bowl. The staff told us to come back in an hour and maintenance would take care of it. No other room offered even though it was only 3:30. Came back to find it flushed with no other cleaning. Went to smart n final for cleaning supplies and cleaned it our selves.

One hanger. Seriously - my room had one hanger, and this place is called Extended Stay. I called the front desk. “We have two more, I can bring them to you.” Stunned, I asked, “in this whole hotel?” It was true. I guess rooms fight for hangers. Another oddity- why have a dishwasher if the room contains zero dishes? Lastly, except for check-in there was never anyone at the desk.

DO NOT STAY HERE After travelling all day it would be nice to arrive at your destination and be greeted with pleasant staff and a room that was ready. We were travelling as a family of four including two teenage boys which was stated on the booking, however the room only had 1 bed. We worked out for ourselves that there was a pull out sofa bed and planned to set this up. It was so old that injury occurred trying to set it up. There was no bedding proved ready for this either. I will not stay here again. This place is not for business. Great location... just all around poor housekeeping services.

Poor No customer service and it smelled like cigarette smoke and weed in the hallway on 3rd floor where our room was

Gross. Rooms are small, bathroom was tiny, barely enough room to get dressed in. The kitchen was empty of all necessities which I thought was the main idea of an Extended stay. Not even an ice machine on the facility. Signs everywhere to bag your own trash and empty it to the “trash” room. Which is literally a room filled with trash bags. Disgusting!! Will never stay here again.
