Hotel staff was rude. Room wss disgusting and my wife and i will not stay at any extended stay ever again

Lots of stairs. Stayed at the hotel for three night four days and the elevator was broke the whole time. Did not notify me of this till after checking on. And we we're on the second floor. Also. Half the closet mirror door wasissing. And the hotel was dirty. In general. Ciggeret butts every where just outside front door. Owners and employees take all the front parking.g spots forcing guest to park out back. Stayed in room 223.

Location was good... I came in early but they didn't have a room until 3:00, then they told me for $10.00 more I could get a room early. I told her I thought you didn't have a room! NOT customer service friendly.

Never again After five days my whole body became itchy especially my legs... Please I hope the room there didn't give me bugs... Ruined an otherwise good stay in a nice area.

Not worth the money / check the reviews before bo Little did I know that Extended Stay America was under renovation for there rooms but i didn’t see any ! All the beds are hard as a rock! Every thing is falling apart in there rooms ! I don’t recommend this hotel for any one ! Stay away or at least until they finish with the renovation
