It's in a nice area and the person who checked me in was nice. Elevator was broken: Not a big deal for me, but I had to go up to the 3rd floor. If I had a lot of luggage, it would have been a pain. The room has a kitchen which is what you would expect from a place called "Extended Stay". A (just 1) plastic disposable cup would have been nice to have or maybe 1 fork or spoon. Is that too much to ask?

Elevator broken, bathroom door broken, lobby bsthroom dirty, keys didn't always work. Bed good, staff extemely pleasant

The room itself had cobwebs all over the windows, including the bathroom. The bathtub was missing the stopper and one of the kitchen cabinets was off the hinge. I had to vacuum my own room after a request was submitted and was never delivered. This actually happened twice. Staff members are friendly but over all the room was in poor condition.
