People were friendly and courteous. The only problem was a one hour delay in having our room ready. I talked to a gentleman who was checking out and he had the same problem.

Could be better The room was very clean and very comfortable but the corridor smelt of cigarette smoke; that was not pleasant. The following morning, I heard a dog barking very loudly from one of the rooms as I walked down the corridor. I did not realize animals were allowed in this hotel; I would not have chosen to stay here had I know this.

Convenient for a family with children Staff were helpful when we arrived, tired and with three children.

Will not stay again! I had to go down stairs to the lobby and get the kitchen utensils. No paper towels or salt & pepper were provided. Bathtub was clogged with I don't know how many guests hair. No ice machines or vending machines.

Scottish Festival Weekend We were informed that there wasn't going to be any housekeeping services, as they are not provided on the weekend- we were booked Friday till Sunday. No new towels or trash was removed during our stay. There was a room marked Trash that you brought your garbage to. Our son found two pairs of underwear in the fold out sofa that were not ours. The bathroom had a slight mold issue under the lip of the formed bathtub and the shut off for the bathtub/shower leaked. The air vent for the bathroom was extre... read more

Okay hotel Accommodations were adequate and comfortable. However, the free breakfast was chintzy.
