Meh... We were here for a funeral, so focus wasn’t on the room. However, the place has seen better days. Not really worth it for the price point, even if it is in the overpriced SF Bay Area. We had a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher—but no utensils, cups, glasses, dinnerware or pots and pans. The place was cleanish. The breakfast was some muffins in plastic wrap, coffee, and instant oatmeal. Under GSA rate adequate room It was under the GSA rate, the shower worked well, and the bed was clean, my only true negative was that the WiFi wasn't what one would call speedy. I can't really ask for more on short notice for a business trip.

The location was convenient for me and the bed was very comfortable. Plus they allow pets.

Such a value! Great price for a nice place with tons of amenities! I felt like I had my own studio in town. It would actually be cheaper to rent there than get an apartment in town. No complaints.
