The receptionist issued a room key for a room that was already reserved and I walked in on another couple in the room. Then once I got into my “new” room, the smell of marijuana reeked from the room either next door or below me. You have to ask for shampoo otherwise you won’t have any in your room. The room was fairly clean but the bed was outdated and not comfortable. I will likely not stay again.

Not Their Best Effort No one at the front desk when I arrived at 10pm, had to call the phone to get someone to show up, then wait for the computer to boot up. Room had a stuck drain in the bathroom sink filled with some dirty water. No garbage can in the room - overall not a good stay although previous visits to his hotel have been fine.

Sleep in your car instead of this place!!!!! Horrible hotel. Disgusting really. You’re only guarantee is that their will be a sign at the front desk that says “out to lunch be back in 40 minutes” or “taking a break” The staff is incredibly incompetent and can’t find a reservation booked moments prior through hotels.com. They will want to bill you again for something you just paid for. There are usually unsupervised kids running the halls all hours as well. A reservation at this hotel will ruin your travels.

Cheap. That is its only advantage. There were no utensils, plates, etc of any kind in the kitchenette. The staff do not keep the hallways clean. The building entrance door is supposed to lock for security but it does not even close. The price is low and you can see why.

I’m sorry but everything about this place was horrible ! Never have I ever had a bad experience like this! Alarms randomly going off, the place had a horrible smell all around! Staff was hardly ever in the front and they were not organized at all! They didn’t even know what rooms were cleaned !not to mention the water coming out of the floor in my sisters room! Just bad all around, I’m sorry I just couldn’t rest all night with the smell, the noises, amongst other things !

I have to start off by saying i usually don’t ever leave bad reviews even if i had a horrible experience but this hotel was so bad i had to. I do have to say though that the staff that was around was so friendly and apologetic that it made up a little for our horrible experience we quickly realized they were understaffed. Extended stay has gone down quite a lot, especially in cities like Dublin and Pleasanton California where you would t expect. My keycard kept deactivating so I would go all the way up to the third floor with a hand full of stuff just to try and use my keycard and it stopped working. I reserved 2 rooms in the morning and 5pm they called and said they were booked. No more rooms available. What’s the point of making a “reservation”
