Hallway smelled oddly. Grab and go breakfast was basically coffee with no creamer and extra coffee grounds.

I have stayed at Extended Stay before in Orlando years ago for a month, it was great. This is not that place, run down, noisy plumbing, breakfast is a snack and not a breakfast. The kitchen was empty exOept for roach hotels. No pots, pans, dishes etc. we needed to get it from the front desk. They said the rooms had shampoo, no and they did not have any at the front desk. Staff was indifferent to our complaints. Halls had stacks of dirty towels. Smokey corridors and room floor needed mopping.

Terrible place. Dirty. No even shampoo available. When requested staff told they ran out. Requested cancellation of room and looked for another hotel.

We tried 3 different rooms before we asked for our money back and left to find another motel. Windows without curtains, stripped and unmade beds, pillows and used towels on the floor, barking dogs, skeezy people walking the halls. We found out the next day that this motel provides shelter for the homeless through government vouchers. It would be nice if that could be known before making a reservation. Very frustrating.

We were looking for a place to stay for two nights while visiting, and when we arrived to some sort of Social Worker behavioral intervention in the lobby, we should have cancelled our room immediately. The staff were nice checking us in. As we got to our floor, we were met with a smell of smoke and urine. Where to start. The refrigerator was so loud it had to be turned off . People above us so loud at that 11 pm the front desk was called and at 11:45 we paid a visit to the front desk. A dirty room was issued to us so we stripped the bed in our room and made up the bed in the dirty that was given to us as a replacement room and finally at 12:37 we were in a new room or well a dirty room . We left there just before 7 am disappointed as we stayed there off and on for the last 12 years. We will never come back.
