Not too clean The room had not been cleaned really well. There was a beard trimming device on the carpet by the kitchen from the last guest, so I don't think any vacuuming had been done. The refrigerator had spills in it so it had not been cleaned. There were dead bees on the window sill by the drapes. The curtains had a few rips/holes in them. I had called in advance letting them know I will check in around 1 in the morning to make sure someone will be there for check in and I was told they were. when I arrived I was told check in was at 3pm earlier that day and I was not able to check in and had to find somewhere else. Very upsetting.

Disappointed in this property. The room was disgustingly filthy. There were food and grease spots all over the carpeting. The desk chair was spattered with something that was thrown on it so we couldn’t sit on it. The elevator was filthy. The hallway had lots of garbage up against the floor boards that was there the first day we arrived and still there two weeks later when we left. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Came to check in and was told my room wouldnt be ready until a half hour to hour after their posted check in time. When i did check in i was given a room with a king bed. That would have been nice but i booked a room with two beds for a reason. Went to the front desk and they apologized and said they were sold out so they couldn't move me. Then i tried to work through it and use the sofa bed. When i pulled it out it was full of crumbs and pieces of food. The property was dated. I was not impressed.

Not happy with this location The room wasn't complete for an extended stay. No dinner ware, no utensils, pots or pans, ice machine or coat hangers. Neighbors were loud.

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Heater/cooler in the room was extremely noisy, as was the refrigerator. The person in the room above mine was up moving around off and on all night and their floor was very squeaky and sounded as if they were going to come through my ceiling at any moment. For the price of the room, I expected everything to work properly and for the room to be quiet.
