Booked a month in advance, drove 12hrs to get to my destination. Show up at 11pm exhausted just to be told they are fully booked and do not have my reservation and “there’s nothing we can do”. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. Not to mention unsympathetic to my situation. Also, the staff and guests all looked like they were in town for a meth convention. Missing teeth looking like they just left Walmart. Do not book this hotel! Save yourself.

Staff incompetent. Dog crap on walkway outside. Keys stopped working on day 2. Stairways smelled. TV sometimes worked. Won’t be back.

Upon check in we were issued a room key once we entered said room we noticed that it had not been turned over the bed was still messy the TV was on there was garbage so we let check in no they shoot us a second key again the second room had not yet been turned over was dirty had boxes all over the place up on the third try we were given a room which was clean however the bathroom sink was not draining another gentleman had his vehicle stolen from the parking lot there was homeless people sleeping around the property the prop... read more

I made a reservation and when I showed up and they had no rooms available so I had to go to a differnt hotel.

The motel was understaffed and was not able to provide minimum services. We had to ask several times for kitchen utensils and we never did get all of them. The keys didn’t work at least half the time and the fi kept dropping off.
