Needs improvements My boyfriend and I love the concept of this hotel because there is a stove. My boyfriend and I are LD. He really enjoys me cooking for him so Extended Stay is our choice but the times we have been there.. we have had horrible sleep because there's so much noise. The stoves take tooo long to heat. Other than that we really like stating here we just wish it was better.

extended stay America The agent at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. She seemed unhappy the first night she had to cut her cigarette break short in front of the main entrance. The second night the same lady was short with us.

I made a reservation online after midnight, got the property approx. 12:30am, they turned me away, telling me I had been considered a no shiw when I didnt show up before midnight. Howecer they charged my card while I was stuck sleeping in my car... In below freezing temperatures.

The WiFi was awful! I stayed there for work and was unable to use the WiFi for my work. I think I could have upgraded if I paid for a faster WiFi. (?) What is this, 1995? I have to PAY for a workable WiFi. Really?? No class.
