Reservation canceled with no notification. Arrived at midnight, with a reservation, and was told that there were no rooms available due to a flooding issue. Frustrated because I received zero notification of my reservation being canceled. No phone call, no text message, no email, and no message of cancellation through the Hotels.com app that I scheduled this reservation with. It was old and dirty, found numerous hairs in bed sheets. Sheets were so old and think you could see through them. Hallways and rooms smelled like marijuana and old oil from cooking.

The room smelled horrible. There was sticky stuff on the counters and floor. The hallways smelled like weed. Their grab and go breakfast was a small muffin or a package of oatmeal. For the price we paid for 1 night I’m highly disappointed in what we got.

you get what you pay for. it was $90 stay over night if you don’t mind sleeping with cockroaches.
