Non-smoking location but hotel smells like smoking has been a thing for some time. Beds not great.

Most miserable stay in a Hotel I ever had. This was the worst stay I ever had in a hotel. There was no service whatsoever. The front desk was most unfriendly. The hotel is supposed to provide utensils on request but provided nothing. The front desk informed me that they out of everything that I asked for. No drinking glass, coffee maker, utensils or anything was provided on request though the hotel was committed to provide all these as per their listing and advertisement. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly, accommodating, respectful. Each listened to our requests with attentiveness. Pam & another (don't know her name) wished us a safe trip home. On the other hand, I was shocked at the dirty everything. Once I found the phone wall connection, I was disgusted by the dirt behind the nightstand. The phone was particularly filthy.
