TERRIBLE!! A total ripoff!! TERRIBLE!! I will never use Hotels.com against, or stay with the Extended Stay ever again. I have to contest the charges. Hotel. Com charged me, then the hotel ALSO charged. What a friggin racket. I will be contacting the state attorney general over the business practices of these companies.
This hotel needs to get new staff, Terry is beyond rude! I will never give my business to this hotel.
