Tons of cigarette butts all over the property. There was a homeless guy in the lobby eating and making crumbs everywhere. There was a gentleman outside of my room the whole time talking on the phone, who is smoking cigarettes right outside the door. The whole place smelled bad.

Muy sucio , las almohadas viejas y muy duras, no hay servicio de limpieza , si necesitas toalllas o sabanas limpias debes llevar al lobby lo sucio y te entregan limpio , huele mal el cuarto y en los pasillos huele a comida smh

Ran out of soap, coffee. Stayed 8 days, left on Wednesday. Service came day before i was leaving.

It says includes breakfast thats one of the main things I was looking for, they put out dry oatmeal, granola bars and mini muffins, no drinks besides coffee, no fruit no yogurt nothing, it also seems like the local place where drug users stay based off seeing the people that were there, please spend your money else where and get all the amenities! and breakfast for the same damn price!

False advertisement/consumer fraud/no internet This place has the absolute worst internet connection. It disconnects, stops working, takes forever to load, then you have to log back in and it doesn’t work, then you have to try again and again, and again. Then wait, then maybe it will work if your lucky for about 20 min and then it will stop working.
