some one stayin in hotel cooking in room set off alarm twice in the middle of night damn fire department came twice had me n my kids outside other then that was a decent stay for sure

This place is a dump and the front desk staff were never available when I went downstairs to interact with them. We didn't feel like anyone cared about our experiences. The room was clean but dingy and there was a smell of food cooking that never went away. The rest of the facility was undesirable....despite claiming that smoking is not allowed, the hallway outside of our room was always full of the intense smell of cigarettes. I found another place to stay this way a very questionable place. Car filled with stuff, looked like mental health, addiction's, and unsafe people to pay to stay with.

Great for Section 8…Not really a Hotel/Motel I almost never complain…but this property should not be considered for anyone who is actually looking for a hotel/motel experience. I understand the need for alternative housing for the homeless…but it should be disclosed in the description that this property is mostly a Section 8 long term facility. Very friendly, helpful staff. However, the property is older and somewhat worn. They have upgraded certain things, but not everything. Also, the carpet in the room was dirty, the bathroom fan barely worked, and the heater was noisy and took a long time to heat the room. Did not use the kitchen.

There was nothing unique about this property or anything I particularly liked. I did not like the following: 1.Was not aware there was no daily maid service--told by staff it was on a 2-week cycle. 2.We had a kitchen, however there were no utensils available-no pots & pans, no silverware, no plates. Told by front desk that all were allocated to other rooms. 3.No ice machine 4. And the final straw--asked for early wake-up call which was never received.
