There were guests partying and being loud. The beds were dirty and the shower drain was clugged with hair coming out of it. It was so gross we can to leave and forfit all the money we paid! The only good thing was the lady working the front desk- she was amazing and very nice.

Not sure where the management is in this place. My bathroom sink was dirty upon arrival and the entire time my bathtub was clogged. The hallways smell of heavily cooked food so there no very good ventilation in the place. When I went in person to ask for a bottle opener at the front desk, no one was there and waited and called out hello for 10 minutes. バスタブの栓がありませんでした。ドライアーもありませんでした。 チェックアウト時の清算について、金額の明示がありませんでした。至急領収書を送ってもらえますか(電子メールでいいです)?

The property was fine, but the hotel had canceled our three night reservation as we were a day late. This was not just a case of getting another reservation as some sporting event was happening and hotels were booked my n the area. So they were able to "take the reservation " but not able to "hold the reservation "

BAD EXPERIENCE The worst part was that we paid for a king-size bed. when we arrived, they said they had none but could give us a queen. We asked to at least add a free rollaway. One could feel the metal bars through the rollaway. About every 30 seconds the AC made a loud whirring sound. We would not stay there again. The low price was not worth the HORRIBLE night's sleep.

Reservation was booked through Travelocity, it turned out that we had NO Room! No Reservation although our room and reservation was confirmed. Ended up driving back to Washington and getting home at 3:00 AM!
