Never Stay America The lady who checked us in was wonderful, I appreciated her. I wanted to ask for a late check out, so I went to the front desk. The employee whose name is Darcy, made my life last night a nightmare. She had claimed I did not have my room anymore, that all my stuff was gone. She also continued to make this my fault every chance she could. She said I needed to remember each employees name and shamed me for it. These employees did not have name tags. We had a late check in & was put in a handicapped room that only had a hand held shower head chest heigh. There was no coffee pot or hair dryer either. The heater sounded like a jet engine starting up every time it kicked on.

2度目の利用で今回は2泊しました。 2泊目の早朝4時頃から上階の方の部屋を移動する足音が物凄くうるさく酷い思いをしました。 1時間に渡り部屋の中を行ったり来たり「ぎしぎし、みしみし」と部屋のどの辺りにいるのかが分かる程の音量でした。 上階の方はホテルを出る用意だったと思うので上階の方に責任は無いと思いますが、夫と2人で眠れなくなる程の騒音でした。 キッチン用品の借り入れが出来たり、部屋内の設備については満足していたので残念です。 1度目はそう言った事が無かったのでリピートしましたが3度目は無いと思いました。

Not good at all Dirty room, 2 night stay didn’t include housekeepinf. Kitchenette with no silverware, plates, or bowls. Thin walls. Probably good for tailgate events.

Very smelly Room i stayed 5 nights room service never showed up also refrigerator wasn't working my food got bad

First off when I was booking room it says there is a swimming pool, THERE is NOT, it also says that they have a breakfast, THEY DO NOT, they do throw out some cheap walmart tiny muffins in a package, there was PILES of dirt in elevators, they DO NOT make your beds OR empty your trash or ANYTHING unless you stay longer then 7 nights, we only stayed 4, the first night was terrible because the mattress was upside down and we had come off a 10 hour drive and so the boards did not feel very well , they did give that night free la... read more
