Bathroom was not cleaned at all and when I made the front desk aware of this they never addressed the issue. I went and purchased cleaner so I could take a shower. As well as, I had to ask for any additional item that I wanted ie coffee maker, plate, bowl, utensils and hair dryer. They were not offered to me upon check in; making it a very rude awakening in the morning to find that I had no coffee maker or hair dryer!

We reached the hotel at 6pm and got a room assigned. We walked down to the room and the room was still in cleaning process. We had to wait for 20mins. Pillows and comfortable are not comfortable to sleep. TV is low and we could not watch the tv lying down on the bed. No hair dryer.

Wifi was down - I was given a phone number and told to call, the wifi provider would "walk me through" how to connect. No thanks. Nearby construction equipment being operated before 5 AM - beep-beep-beep-beep... Nearby landscapers with backpack blowers operating before 6:30 AM - rmmm-rmmm-rmmm... Alarm clock in adjacent room went off before 7 AM at top volume and was still on when I checked out at 8:30 - I could easily hear it in the hallway as I left. Breakfast consisted only of granola bars and instant oatmeal.

Disappointing Chair at the table had dried food all over it, batteries in tv remote were dead, and beds had no bedspreads on them.

Not clean . ok. Price is cheaper than other. The facility is old and smells like molds.

This hotel is a good value. Staff was pleasant. We were in a room with noisy neighbors. There was also noise throughout the night from numerous people smoking and talking loudly just outside the front door which was below our room window.

Never again The front desk service was really good, so this hotel has that going for it. But other than that it was a miserable stay. I was on the bottom floor. People smoke outside every entrance so the halls smelled of cigarettes. The walls are paper thin so I could hear the man in the room next door snoring loudly. There was a violent fight in the parking lot right outside my room at 3am. And basic amenities don't exist at Extended Stays, like a blow dryer. I won't be staying at this chain again.
