smell Good stay but the room really smelled

Never again Hotel too worn out. Needs total refurbishment, frayed carpet, no daily service for the room unless you stay over a week, breakfast was a to go coffee and a breakfast bar.

My stay Continental breakfast very disappointing construction of the walls very cheap you can hear everything is coming from the other rooms you can also hear walking on the ceiling from the floor above You can hear conversations in the next room Kitchen it was supposed to be fully equipped missing a lot of things

Nothing special. Disappointed in "continental breakfast ". Just had snacks. Had to pay to have your room cleaned which never encountered. Refrigerator was noisy when it kicked on. Had to request hair dryer. Not enough shelves in bathroom. Could here everything on floor above us.

Room was not clean and no pots available extremely dated

Probably won't stay here again.... Check in on a Tuesday, and the handprints all over the entrance doors were still there on Friday checkout. Someone at the front desk about fifty percent of the time. Every time a shower turns on, a toilet flushed, or water run anywhere around your room, it sounds as if it is coming thru the walls!! Although it is a non-smoking hotel, the place smelled of POT every night!! Some might like that. No ice machine on hotel grounds. Fridge and freezer in rooms, but still no ice to be found. Very dirty , very bad staff I will never stay here even if its free , bugs everywhere , very dirty , no parking , very rude staff , very bad experience

First time at Extended Stay Ended up here because other choices were booked. First stay at Extended Stay, and we were not very happy. Staff was pleasant, but really overworked. As near as I could tell, there was only one desk person on duty at a time. She ran everything, delivered pillows, etc. Can you believe that a hotel of this size has only ONE luggage cart! Room was large, but cheaply furnished. No coffee service, nothing, just two plastic glasses!
