Got checked in and was given a room that was not cleaned yet. Was assigned a new room bed was to small full size for 2 people

Stay away from that hotel The room smell was really bad,found a hair on bed sheet under the cover,in general room was not clean and it's not cheap hotel,and don't let them trick by saying breakfast including ,it end up to be only coffee and muffin,what a joke,i would pay little extra $$ and stay in way quality and cleanest hotel.

Never Again -- Nice looking property until you enter the room. Queen bed was on the small side and very uncomfortable. Moulding strips missing from counter-tops. Stained, dirty, worn carpet. Could hear people above us including every time they ran water, flushed, etc. WI-FI was slow. Dogs belong in kennels, not hotels. They couldn't guarantee me that the room we had was a pet free room. Look for a different hotel!! The staff was nice during check in and anything I needed. Everywhere the hotel was just subpar. The beds were too firm. Lighting is poor in the rooms and hallways. It gives it a bad feel to the place. The morning breakfast is just coffee and pre-packaged granola bars. Homeless people hang out at the adjacent Goodwill. Cops were circling the building for a few hours one day. The overall experience was just not enjoyable.

Dirty rooms Front desk staff was rude and didn't care about anything. None of the kitchen items were in the room had to ask and front desk was put out and rude when we asked. Rooms were dirty, bathroom had dirt on floor. Paint peeling on walls. Other people hair on sheets in the bed when covers were pulled down. We were told they were sold out and nothing they would do about changing rooms. Ask for money back on rooms and was told management would call. Still not had call.

Poor experience Very rude and unprofessional staff. Lousy rooms with very thin walls. Don't stay here unless you want to be harassed by the staff and don't want to get any peace and quiet. You can hear EVERYTHING above you and beside you. Not worth the extra savings. Pay more and go to a different hotel where the staff is professional.

The bare minimum The computer was updating when we checked in so we were unable to fully check in and she literally gave us the last room at the end of the property. The room smelled stale. They only clean the room if you are there for 7 days which we were unaware of and had to take all of our towels to the desk in order to get new ones however when we did that they were out of clean towels. Over all not a good experience. A bit overpriced. Our info was not sent to the hotel. We got there at 11:55pm tired and just wanting to sleep. we needed to be up by 6. but they had not received our info and even with me showing her my confirmation email and going on the web page she could not check us in. She didnt offer to call hotels.com she just said well when you get it sorted out call for me and she went in a back room. There were no bathrooms we could use in the lobby only in rooms.. which we didnt have access to yet. ... read more

Definitely dog friendly. Looked almost too much so since we weren't looking for that. When we first got into our room there was a lot of barking going on.
