don't book this hotel too much noise, never seen that kind of breakfast, only coffe and cupcake, you can hear upstair people talking, walking.... so bad, no room service unless you stay for more than a week

serious problem Extended stay America did not honor my valid reservation (made thru Hotels.com. They stated they routinely overbook and that I and my family were out of luck -- also, that there was no chance of finding any other room in the area. They did not deny the validity of the reservation -- just would not honor it. RESERVATIONS AT THIS PLACE ARE NOT RESERVATIONS. Decent customer service but overall dissapointing Customer service was overall decent. When walking into the hotel room, it had a strange smell that did not go away for a few days. I stayed a total of 4 nights and could not get much sleep. The walls to the hotel room are extremely thin, and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing (the footsteps above you, the bed vibrating whenever a door closes, and even snoring). Avoid at all costs. The room smelled horrible. The sheets/bedding weren't clean. I got stuck in the elevator. Yes, it broke while I was in it. Front desk didn't seem fazed. There was a vicious dog on our floor that barked, snarled and lunged at us as we were leaving our room. The owners apologized and said they'd been there a month. The front desk had no idea who they were. And the cockroach running across the table was the final straw. We checked out early.

Wouldn't recommend to someone I don't like. Oh boy, where to start? With the mean junkyard dog that lunged, snarled and barked at my elderly mother and me? Twice, by the way. The front desk said they had no idea who the dog was. The owner told me they had been there for a month and the dog was out of sorts staying in a hotel. Maybe I could talk about getting stuck in the elevator. When I told the front desk, she looked at me blankly. Like I was speaking Cantonese. Paper thin walls allowed me to hear everything going on around me. Dishes provided to me were duty.

This hotel was awful. the exhaust in the rest room was not working. the breakfast was not available if you go after 8.
