Get your own towels/ clean your own room For what you get, this hotel is over priced. You do not get housekeeping service unless you stay more than 3 nights. Nobody comes in to tidy or take out your garbage. You do not get towels unless you bring your used towels to the front desk for exchange. No blow dryer unless you ask the front desk. No dishes or cutlery or glasses unless you ask for it. The rooms are noisy you can hear every sound from people above you and the people below you complain that they you are making too much... read more

Will never stay at an Extended Stay America again. The bed was so hard, it literally felt like sleeping on the floor. Nobody had emptied the Trash Room trash which was right across the hall that the smell became very irritating by the end of the week. By Friday the WiFi had still not been repaired due to the power outage that occurred on Tuesday. There is a kitchenette but it seems you must provide your own cookware and utensils. Terrible, a step below Motel6 Step below Motel6 that I remember from student days

Did not meet expectations Firstly, I must say that I'm a bit spoiled when it comes to business travel. 9 times out of 10 I am able to stay at a Hilton brand hotel for the same price i stayed here for. That being said, here I go. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and checked into my room no problem. The issues started when I walked into the room I had been assigned and it had not been cleaned from the previous tenant. Like, literally not cleaned at all. Horrible stay Not only was my stay a horrible experience, but they charged my account double. This is ridiculous. I will never stay here again

Don't Stay Here Check-in was scheduled for 3pm. The room wasn't ready til 4pm. I called the Extended Stay Customer Relations Office. I advised that my room wasn't ready I asked for a price adjustment. He said he would call me back. It never happened. Bathroom floor was dirty. It was gross.

Hotel close to baseball field. I was not informed prior to my stay that housekeeping does not clean rooms for guests staying fewer than 8 nights. I had to ask for toiletries. I was told there was a workout room and there was not. The conk mental breakfast was the most sparse and lacking that I've ever seen.

Hated this hotel. I was disappointed in this hotel. No hair dryer, towels like sand paper. No kitchen supplies. Had to get them from the front desk. No coffee in the room. No front desk person on site at night. I'll never stay in one of these again. Way over priced for what you get.

Fair for the mid-price I have stayed at multiple different long term hotel facilities and prefer Hilton. While I anticipated this would be similar, I was incorrect. The pans/dishes were available upon request though not available in the room at arrival. While the location was good, they only offered coffee in the lobby. Hilton offers free breakfast and dinner 4 nights a week at some of their long term locations. Relatively quiet.
