Disappointed Very disappointed with hotel... if you can call it that. No maid service unless you stay a week. Repeat, no maid service. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. Front desk staff was rarely in position. Overall super disappointed.

Disappointed Every night I was there, there was a group of people hanging out in the back smoking and drinking. It was like walking the gauntlet. I wouldn't stay there again.

The worst hotel ever!!!! This hotel was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything from towels that felt like sandpaper to room that filthy. No hairdryer in the room and all utensils in kitchen you had to beg for. There grab and go breakfast was a joke. Do yourself a favor and never stay here!!!!
Industrial location, no amenities, poor service Have stayed in an Extended Stay before and thought this would be a good choice for the 3 nights I was there on business, but this one was below par. Full kitchen with no coffeemaker, dishes, flatware, pans, etc. I asked the front desk for a coffee maker and attendant said they didn't have any clean ones. No hairdryer in bathroom. No thanks I had to wait an hour for my room. When I got my room the TV did not work. The gal at the front desk was rude. It was not the best of stays

Horrible loud sleepless night!!!! this is the second time we have stayed here. This visit was terrible. There were a lot of guests that stayed up all night slamming doors and running in the hallways. When we called to complain, they said that there was nothing they could do. When we mentioned the issues when checking out, 2 other guests said they had the same issue. Comfortable as a cardboard box The motel seams to have been specifically designed to look as aesthetically pleasing as possible in photos, all while investing as little as humanly possible to put the building together. I could not only hear the guests in the bedroom next to me, I probably could have actively joined their conversation if I wanted to. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Extra guests sleeping in hall! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We stepped out of our room to people sleeping in the hall and the graveyard employee was rude and useless. While the manager did all he could to rectify it and front desk clerks Katt and Leslie were awesome,however they could not make up for the bad experience. If the graveyard front desk person is gone I am sure it would be a great place to stay.
No amenities This motel has no amenities...no ice machine ( you can make your own in your refrigerator if you want to wait all day) 1 bar soap. Have kitchens but no dishes glasses no nothing. Had a fire alarm go off when a guest couldn't get help from front desk when someone was bothering her....then they couldn't even turn off or re-set the alarm! Never even offered a reduction in our stay. Never go back there!
