Portland Sister weekend I have stayed at several ES before and even stayed at the Eider Ct location several years ago… however we had to switch rooms TWICE. Grace at the desk was super nice!! NOTHING to complain about staff… But our first room wreaked of garlic salami doused in mustard. DISGUSTING. So when we went to the 2nd room, it wreaked of smoke!!! Unsavory guests The area isn't bad, very suburban, but maybe due to low prices, it invites a slew of unsavory guests. Lots of sketchy folks around the immediate area and police were called on two of the nights for our trip. Not sure if the hotel can do much about that but for folks with little ones, you might want to stay somewhere else. Hotel itself was decent for the price.

You can pick up (everything) at the front desk. My suite had a full kitchen,however no plates,silverware or cooking pots or pans. When I called the front desk they informed me I could pick then up. Also no coffee maker or coffee in the room again I call the front desk and Yep, I could pick one up at the front desk. Oh, let's not forget the hair dryer, yep you can pick one up at the front desk. Large room This property has been updated but it still needs some work. The way they dole out the kitchen items is very chintzy feeling. You have to ask for dishes and silverware. I ordered the comfort pack. I didn't realize it consisted of one spoon, fork, knife, bowl, plate, cup and glass. I should have asked for two comfort packs I guess.

Was not Happy with our stay The rooms were not ready on time. The staff did try to get us in as soon as possible. The halls smelled right a smoke stack. Beds were very hard. Didn’t realize you had to ask for very thing. The only thing in the room was towels not even soap. I would not stay here again!

非常差的住房經驗 從沒遇過如此差的住房經驗,抵達旅館後櫃檯人員找不到訂房記錄還將寫給他看的訂房編號當我們面前撕掉叫我們直接與Hotel.com聯繫,後來另一位員工經過查詢就找到了.抵達房間很濃的油煙味,要求換房,入住第一晚半夜2點門外有人試著用房卡開門結果竟然開成功了,詢問櫃檯回覆打掃人員以為沒人住要打掃.實在是個非常差的住宿經驗.

At least the front desk people were nice. Bad news. They did not save our reserved room and downgraded us from a king. (with no discount) The carpet in our room was torn and dirty. There was a dirty rubber glove hanging from the bedside light fixture. There was trash and beer bottles in the stair well and the back porch. The TV is on a very low dresser and hard to see when laying in bed. Like I mentioned, the front desk people were nice. Overworked and frazzled because they were overbooked, but nice.

No service No Customers service at all you have to ask for every thing and the front desk peaple treat you like. ( take it or leave it ) and it not really a cheap price you get what pay for I still remember the $49 room motel have more courtesy than this place any way I would pay extra $ 20-25 and I can get way better room and service
