It was an economical choice but I still expect to have a flushing toilet! 3 days with no fix and we were told that they don’t have maintenance available on the weekends. They didn’t have a comparable room to move us to and they didn’t offer any discount or fix. Outside there was dog poop all over and no poop bags or garbage cans for poop bags to be disposed of. DO NOT stay here!

The room didn’t even look like it had been cleaned. The floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped at all, there was a spill of some sort (maybe milk) all over the leg of the table, chairs, and side of the couch. The washcloth folded next to the sink looked like it was used. The room smelled so bad every time we walked in! There were items left by a previous customer. The sheets had holes in them. The TV remote didn’t work.

Unfortunately was not as expected. Just spent an hour cleaning the bathtub so my son could take a bath. No shampoo or conditioner seemed as though there wasn't any extra perks like said online. Not the current staff members fault she was extremely sweet and as helpful and apologetic as she could be. Probably will come again but more prepared.

Outside property (and this is now way to forgive irresponsible pet owners) has animal waste everywhere. On the inside, the staircase landings garbage barrels stuffed to overflow and not emptied. The whole staircase (1st - 3rd) smells as a dump, which it is. Upon arrival for check - in there were 4 in line and no one at the counter initially. Once at the desk the check-in was courteous with the obligatory beaucracy. The room was spacious and clean which, considering, was surprising and appreciated.

I am not a snob let me make that very clear. I don’t require a nice hotel but I do appreciate a clean one. This place was disgustingly filthy and the AC unit didn’t work. After reporting this to management I only got a “sorry “. If you are a disgusting swine then this place is for you!

No Pool as advertised. Trash spilling out of trash cans. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was a joke. Good if your only staying a few nights.
