I got to my room and felt so unsafe especially with the neighbors being extremely loud. Tried calling front desk a few times and no answer so I took all of my things to the front desk and had the girl move me after waiting awhile

I would stay here again if I can get bill straightened out. For some reason I got doubled charged..definitely puts a bad taste on the stay.

My first room had cockroaches

Roaches This hotel has roaches. I was cooking using the kitchenette and a roach fell out of the microwave into my food. All dow hill from there.

In a beautiful area close to shopping. Non smoking room smelled like smoke and old pets from prior tenant. Cigarette burns on each arm of couch and chairs. Cigarette burns on toilet seat from a binge session or three. Stains on bedsheet. Pet hair on bathroom floor and comforter. No pots, pans, dishware, containers or any hardware in kitchen. Front desk arrival attendant never smiled. Never welcomed us. Didn't even tell us where our room was located. And when we asked, she referred to the exact opposite side of the hotel.

This property looked like it housed homeless personnel or people who cant abide by a lease agreement. The plce smelled of cigarette smoke in the hallway!

This property needs to a face lift. It almost has that feeling of a flop hotel. Dishes left in the hallways for 8hrs . Garbage left by guests that gives this place a that run-down don't care feeling. The grounds and parking aren't being cared for. The breakfast doesn't cut it. Coffee and packaged muffins, should remove it off the thing that come with your stay. I'll not stay here again.

Terrible maintenance Hair dryer in my room was not working and water in my sink was getting through. I requested the maintenance for that but nothing happened and instead of sink I had to use the tub for my basic necessity.
