Staff need improve on making customers feel welcome i can keep writing cuz i wont stop
Hotel is in a terrible condition. We arrived around 10 pm and they don’t have a clean room for us. They sent us to a room with garbage/ trash from last guest still not cleaned. The staff was rude - said she is from laundry department not even a front desk agent. We ended up switching to another hotel
The bar that holds drinks in the freezer held together with tape the carpet need to be shampooed the housing for the air conditioner not attached

Gross, not worth more than 50 bucks a night Absolutely discusting, the room had been gone through but my kids found food, mayo packets in a pillow case (obviously not changed out) pubic hair all over the bathroom and sink. Excellent room layout but discusting cleanliness.

They claim the rooms come “equipped with everything thing you need” but this wasn’t the case. No coffee maker, no cooking items, no cups or plates or silverware, no bedding for the pull out sofa bed. Apparently, it’s available via request at check-in. However, this was not mentioned by the staff member who checked us in. When I did request it, they had mismatched sheets and a blanket but no pillows. Sofa bed mattress stained in multiple places. No linen, no hangars, party next door. Bathroom smelled like urine. Big roach in light fixture. Curtains falling apart. I was in room 134. It was disgustingly and very disappointing. I was supposed to stay 3 nights but I only stayed one because it was too late for me to find another hotel that night. old place which is odd for the area. hallways & elevator stunk. room smelled of stale cigarettes. couch cushions severely ripped, desk chair dirty. did not stay beyond 5 minutes. asked a different room, same bad smells. would never recommend this hotel.
