Really Hotels.com?? This hotel was disgusting and I'm horrified that it's represented by hotels.com. You may want to give that a thought. For starters it's advertised with a kitchenette but doesn't say it's old, and nothing is stocked. There are no dishes, no pans to cook with and not even a coffee maker. No dish soap no paper towels or napkins. Nothing. I had to ask the man at the desk for a cord to plug the tv in! But when I picked up the phone to call him I discovered the phone doesn't work either! The ladies at the front desk were pleasant and friendly and that's about it. My room was very dusty because the air vents were filthy to the point that I had to remove The dust from the headboard as well as most of the room. There were stains on the walls, carpeting, and light switch on the wall as you walk into the room and there was an odor in the room so I needed to go to a store to buy a bottle of odor remover just to get me through the two days of my business trip. Just stay somewhere else Floors were sticky. They say breakfast but it’s a granola bar. Our only day to sleep and we were woken up by something hitting to window! It snowed and a guy working there was snowing blowing the snow against the windows!! Thank God there was just snow and not a rock. Lost electricity. No shower water was warm. Just not a good stay over all. Not particularly friendly either. Just stay somewhere else.

Terrible Stay We stayed a single night and the entire night there was yelling, constant thumping and desk would not answer the phone. Terrible Hotel.

I always travel and stood over all different Hotels but this was the WORST. 1st; NO TV 2nd; I WENT TO THE LOBBY TWICE REGARDING TV CORD OR CABLE BOX. 3rd; NO SHOWER HEAD 4th; SHOWER WATER ALL OVER THE BATHROOM FLOOR. 5th; HALLWAY HAD PET URINE ODOR. They gave me $$ BACK & A FREE STAY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE……. Place should be closed down.

I was harassed out of hotel by Lori I had an awful experience at this hotel. Hotel had a bad smell and the bed was very uncomfortable. I tried to checked out right after i saw the room but the area was sold out. Next morning, @10AM, an hour before check out, house keeping starts knocking at my door. I was in the rest room getting ready around 11 AM when someone barged into my room without knocking. I stepped out and they were gone. I figured it was probbaly house keeping.
