I booked a two night stay through Hotels.com expecting a nice room after a long drive from Central California. When I arrived, the front desk staff informed we that the room that I was supposed to get is not available. In fact he has nothing for me because they probably sold the room twice. They did this on a pre-paid stay that Hotels.com said was a confirmed stay.
No room service. Stay was for 6 days

The lady at the front desk couldn’t be less helpful. Also they say they have breakfast and when I asked about it she flat out told me it’s a lie. No blankets in room for pull out bed.

The room we had was a non smoking room that had a stale smoke smell, the carpet was stained and had a wet spot near the bed, the fan in the bathroom was missing, and the garbage was full.

We arrived to be told there were no rooms available even though it said 6 on Expedia. Only to be put into their only “ready” suite and walked in to no couch, no amenities, no shower curtain or towels. And worst of all NO BEDDING. We called down to front desk where the nice young person stated there was nothing they could do with no housekeeping on sight so he offered a refund for the entire stay which I’m still waiting to see.

I’ll skip this hotel next time The front desk was amazing and super friendly. The room itself smelled like stale cigarettes and the hot water was slightly warm at best. The sheets were dirty and outside the room was filled w cigarette butts.

Not a good experience It took around 20min before anyone at the front desk showed up. The room they gave me smelled awful, but I was too tired to go through the hassle of switching rooms.
