Smelly room, missing some drawer pulls, noisy fridge, tub needs calking, dents in door. I requested on reservation and check in to have a late check out as I worked over night. Sure enough, cleaning staff work me at 10am because I wasn’t gone. I will not be back.

The staff was not helpful. I was given a non-working key, I was directed to the wrong building, and I was very unimpressed with the facilities.

Pay no stay I didnt stay at the hotel. The reservation didnt go through so i booked through another site but i was still charged

Wow.. I expected so much better There were no dishes in a room with a kitchen, no coffee maker, no nothing in the kitchen. No ice bucket or ice machine. There was no program book or tv channel page. There was no conditioner or body wash, just shampoo. There was a lot of dust everywhere. And they charged me when I had already paid online so now I have to figure out how to get rental beer refunded. !

Our stay was terrible. Room was filthy, in fact the lead maid was at the room doing a QC check and found the sheet where reused.....enough said. That besides how grossly unkept it was. I put in my notes at the time of reservation that I am a patient at OHSU and needed a bottom floor. Not only where my 72 yr old mother and I given the top floor (no elevator) there was no close parking!! Just pissed I was disregarded at the time of check in then the filth. We checked out a day early, rightfully so

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Got to the hotel around 9:30pm. They double booked our reservation and claimed they did not have a cleaning crew so they turned us away and at that point we did not have another option to stay anywhere.
